International Shipping

International orders are shipped to selected destinations via DHL Express. International orders may require additional information for customs clearance. If requested, the customer is responsible for providing this information to the carrier.

Signature and Delivery

Signature on delivery may be required. Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel if needed. If a parcel cannot be delivered, is refused, not collected, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for any additional postage costs to resend the order.
